All personal data you provide, as well as the content discussed during clinical psychological treatment, are treated with strict confidentiality. As a clinical psychologist, I am bound by professional confidentiality in accordance with §14 of the Austrian Psychologists Act. Information will only be shared with third parties with your explicit consent.

Scheduled appointments are binding. If you are unable to attend an appointment, please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. In the case of later cancellations or missed appointments, the full fee for the scheduled session will be charged.

My practice is a private practice. The fees are as follows:

• Initial consultation: €100 (50 minutes)
• Clinical psychological treatment / counselling: €100 (50 minutes)
• Session with partners or family members (together with the person receiving treatment): €150 (50 minutes)

The fee is payable by bank transfer; the relevant payment details will be provided after each session.

If a mental health condition of clinical relevance is present (e.g., according to ICD-10 criteria), it is often possible to receive partial reimbursement of the costs from your statutory or private health insurance. Since early 2024, patients in Austria can apply for a subsidy from the social insurance providers for clinical psychological treatment. A prerequisite is usually a medical confirmation stating the necessity of the treatment, which must be issued before the second session.

The amount reimbursed depends on your respective health insurance provider and may vary accordingly.

Currently, the following subsidies apply for clinical psychological treatment in an individual setting (up to 60 minutes):

ÖGK: €33.70 / SVS: €45 / BVAEB: €46.60

A session lasts 50 minutes. The frequency and overall duration of clinical psychological treatment or counselling are determined individually and agreed upon together, based on your concerns and goals.
